Embark on a morning of inspiration at our Breakfast Seminar themed "Bold Journeys: Celebrating Women Entrepreneurs." Join us for an enriching event where we will spotlight the incredible achievements of women entrepreneurs who have paved unique paths in their respective fields. Our program will feature engaging discussions and anecdotes, providing valuable insights into the bold journeys of these remarkable leaders.We will hear from Susan Stewart, owner of Beads by the Bay about how she came to own her shop and what she does to keep it thriving. Denise Lowe, President of South Bay Woman's Network and Owner of Goddess of Wine will giving information about SBWN and what it has done to benefit the members. Kate Dubost (photo and bio coming soon), owner of Dubost Winery, will be telling her compelling story about how her winery came to be.In addition to celebrating women entrepreneurs, we are proud to present a brief, informative talk on the importance of fostering a family-friendly workplace from Christina Lefevre Latner, MPP the Workforce Development Manager, SLO County Family-Friendly Workplaces Program for the SLO Chamber of Commerce. This 5-minute session aims to shed light on creating inclusive environments that support work-life balance, enhancing productivity and employee satisfaction.We will also hear from Rachel Edwards, MPP, the Resource Development Director for United Way of San Luis Obispo County about their Free Tax Assistance Programs. United Way of San Luis Obispo County can help you file your federal AND state tax returns for free and discover any tax credits available to you.Join us for a morning of empowerment, knowledge, and community engagement as we celebrate the diverse and bold journeys of women entrepreneurs and advocate for inclusive workplaces and community support programs.Images
