• 2022 Business Improvement District Study

     

    The Morro Bay Chamber and the City of Morro Bay collaborated on a Business Improvement District (BID) feasibility study, conducted by The HRM Corp. in the Spring of 2022. The report is ready (read it here) and we are hosting an event on Monday, August 29th from 5:30-6:30 pm at Pizza Port to discuss the findings. Jocelyn Brennan, CEO of The HRM Corp. will provide an overview of the study and Bettina Swigger, CEO of the Downtown SLO Association will share successes, opportunities, and current trends in the field of place-based economic development. 
     
    If you are a business owner-operator or a commercial property owner in Morro Bay's downtown or waterfront economic centers, you'll not want to miss this event!
