Have you ever considered the significant role wine has made in shaping human history, art, and society? Dating back to 7000 BC in China, wine boasts a long and storied past. In ancient Roman society, women were banned from consuming wine. The intertwining of wine and art dates back to ancient times, often seen in various ceremonies and celebrations. It is intriguing to ponder the significant impact that fermented grapes, a seemingly simple substance, has had on our culture.
Denise Lowe, also known as the Goddess of Wine, will explore this topic during our Evening Meeting & Mixer on Tuesday, August 6th at 6 pm, hosted at The Savory Palette in Morro Bay.
Food will be provided by The Savory Palette and is included in meeting fee. Wine, Beer and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase.
We hope to see you there for a fun evening of networking and education!
This is not a wine tasting event
Denise Lowe, the Goddess of Wine, focuses on eliminating the snootiness and mystery about wine. As a Wine Consultant, she plans special events, suggests corporate gift selections and recommends food pairings with wine.
